Here is what I have loved about Ray's approach. YOU have to put in some sort of effort. But - when you put in the effort - you also get to live life to the fullest - activity and your belly! If you want the pizza, eat the pizza. But don't forget to exercise. Exercise doesn't mean all the gadgets - exercise means get off the couch and MOVE. Move how YOU can do it. Anyway - on to the cookbook. I love elaborate gourmet recipes. My husband usually does not. The battle of "What's for dinner?" is wiped out simply by working your way through this recipe book. Simple, clean, tasty eating. Which is something we need to do in our household due to each of us having our own health issues. The recipes allow you to riff off of them. Substitute if you need too. And to me - the best part is - there are 40 protein powder recipes! Closest thing to a food pill you're going to find. When you're hungry and don't know what you want - use one of these recipes to stop grazing.
